Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any items sold, instead we can arrange an exchange.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Charges
No shipping charges are charged for defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we have to charge both-way shipping for color & size exchanges.
Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn or used, without tags, and if it doesn't have original packaging, you do not have the receipt or proof of purchase, etc.

Refunds
